THE NEW YORK Police are looking for two suspects after a 14-year-old kid was shot and died in the Bronx throughout the course of the night.

Just after 9 p.m. on Wednesday in the Fordham Heights neighbourhood, the shooters opened fire as the child and his companion were strolling down the street.

According to CBS2's Elijah Westbrook, police are seeking for two males who they think approached the youngster and his companion on Morris Avenue before the shooting.

Overnight, the scene was lively. While gathering information-gathering evidence, detectives marked the street with evidence markers and took pictures of it.

Police stated that preliminary evidence indicated the shooters fired many times, but only one of the lads was wounded. Investigation data were being slowly given.

After being brought to St. Barnabas Hospital, the 14-year-old passed away. According to authorities, the two suspects were spotted leaving the area.
