Fun-loving 49ers tight end George Kittle loves the fun of pro wrestling. On Saturday night, got directly involved.
In the front row of the 39th installment of WWE’s response to the Super Bowl, Kittle caught the eye of a wrestler named The Miz during a Impromptu fight between The Miz and Pat McAfee.

Kittle jumped over the barrier, and as Miz looked away, he prepared to charge. The Miz spun just before Kittle smashed him with a clothesline.
That’s apparently all Kittle did. Which surely made the 49ers breathe a sigh of relief. While the risk of injury is not significant, teams can be frightened by their players’ involvement in professional wrestling. In 2007, for example, the Titans went to court to prevent Pacman Jones from participating in a TNA wrestling event, despite Pacman being suspended by the NFL at the time.
