Ranch dressing, 1/2 cup
14 cups of sour cream with less fat
1 (1 ounce) divided packet of taco seasoning
a single serving of mild chunky salsa
2 cups of chicken from a rotisserie.
8 corn tortillas (6 inches) with lettuce
one tomato, diced
4 sliced green onions
1 can of sliced black olives, size 4
1 chopped, pitted and peeled avocado (Optional)
one cup of chopped Colby-Monterey Cheese, Jack
Mix salsa, ranch dressing, sour cream, and 1 teaspoon of taco seasoning in a small bowl. Refrigerate until serving with a cover on.
Chicken is mixed with the remaining taco seasoning. Wrap plastic wrap or wax paper loosely around the bowl. Cook the chicken in the microwave for 2 to 3 minutes, or until well heated.
