Aromas@11SIX – A technical name with a similar approach to food

Aromas@11SIX brings you authentic flavors from North India and China. The food is cooked with a homely touch that really enhances the taste of the dishes. The menu has a vast variety of food that is sure to spoil you for choice. But no matter what you choose, you will surely love it!

The restaurant was started by 2 people working in the IT sector, which is quite evident from the technical style name of the place with letters, numbers and special characters. This really makes it unique from other names. Situated in Gachibowli close-by to several offices and the IT hub, the place is very popular among the workers and is full during lunch hours. The 2 founders did everything on their own. Whether it be the choice of cuisine, the dishes or the interiors of place. The menu was designed with the help of a friend of theirs who also helped in the photography. But the ideas and setup was again done by these 2 gentlemen themselves. This is something that you really don’t find with everyone. Amazing job guys!

We were invited for lunch and we are out of words in describing our experience! Beautiful ambiance, incredible service and delicious food. We had a chat with the owners and were really amazed by their story and approach to the place.

The special thing about this restaurant is that unlike several who bring in the chicken before hand and freeze, they buy fresh chicken everyday and marinate it overnight instead of just a few hours. This allows all the flavors to reach to the inner core of the chicken, making you enjoy its every bite.

Food: 4.5
We started with Lemon Coriander Soup, packed with delicious flavors that refreshed us and got us ready for the next items. For starters we had Chicken Drumsticks and Chicken Salt & Pepper. The chicken was cooked to perfection with the marinade reaching to the innermost core, bursting with flavors. Chicken Salt & Pepper was absolutely amazing. Its style was something we had for the first time. For our main course we had Chicken Tikka Masala with Malai Warkhi and Methi Malai Parathas. The parathas were really divine and full of spices that we loved. The food had a homely touch and was absolutely top notch delicious.

Service: 4.5
The staff was very attentive and served us really well, on time with every dish.

Ambiance: 4.0
The design of the place is very minimal. Its a portrayal of vintage style with a modern twist. Covered with natural greens and with a bamboo pavilion on the outside, its a great place to hangout, relax and unwind after the days work, or to refresh during the lunch hours. It has a sort of corporate look that comes from its location in the IT hub. They’ve also installed a projector to show sports and other channels on a white wall that really makes the place full and overflow during game days.

By the time we finished our meal, we were left licking our fingers clean. And you are sure to do the same when you visit this fabulous place to eat.
