Inside Out is a casual dining rooftop restaurant, an amazing addition to the Hyderabad food scene. Serving a variety of delicious North Indian, Asian, and Continental dishes to choose from, the affordable menu it offers is in line with the tastes and preferences of the diners and caters to people of all segments and age-groups.
We were invited to a tasting session yesterday to this fabulous place for dinner. Tired from work all day, we went here and were refreshed by the elegantly beautiful ambience the place offers. An expertly-curated array of ideas that include natural stone, wood and water, that really take you away on a holiday right in the heart of the Gourmet district of Hyderabad.
We then had the Zafrani Fish Tikka and Harissa Jhinga. The fish was soft, juicy and absolutely delicious that we enjoyed with green chatni. The Harissa Jhinga was a first that was coated with Harissa paste, a combination of beautiful veggies and spices full of flavors. We started off our session with the luscious Murgh Malai Kebab. Served with Cream Cheese sauce, it was the best we had, absolutely delicious and mouth-watering. Then came in the Shaoxing Chicken Thupka soup, an eclectic oriental creation bursting with flavors of rich vegetables, noodles and chicken. Even though we had it as 2 by 4, it was still a huge bowl that made us half full by the time we finished it.
The drinks we had with our food were Orange Blossom, Litchi Delight, Hot Lady in the Air and Under the Sky. They are all amazing creations made by K. C. Das at the bar that are really refreshing. The food was served by Uttam who did a fantastic job in serving the items beautifully. But sadly the gap in between was too long.
For desserts we were served with the luscious Walnut Brownie with Ice Cream and Panna Cotta with Blueberry Compote. Rich and delicious, they were both amazing in their taste and really made us go back for more.
Inside Out is the perfect place for people to enjoy sumptuous delicacies with family and friends.
